Is the subscription a health insurance plan?
No, the subscription only provides unlimited visits with Dr. Bazai for primary care visits.
Do you accept health insurance?
We do not bill insurance for our clinical services. By working outside the insurance system, we can focus entirely on your health needs without the administrative burdens that often rush patient care. We do accept HSA cards.
Can I still use my insurance for labs and meds?
Yes, your insurance can still be used for outside services such as laboratory tests, imaging, specialist consultations, and prescription medications at the pharmacy. Most of our in office tests have a nominal additional fee of less than $10, prices may change depending on market price of test
