Pricing
$100/month for direct primary care physician access and communication plus unlimited office and telehealth visits. No enrollment fee unless re-enrolling. Small credit card processing fee. Individual contracts and payments are either quarterly, biannually, or annually. Employers can make payments biannually or annually. I take HSA card payments as well.
